We're local business owners in San Luis Obispo. A fire started in our warehouse. There was a lot of smoke damage and burned materials. SERVPRO of San Luis Obispo showed up on site immediately early on a Saturday morning. They started working right away and go us up and running in just a few days. Great crew and really helpful.

As a small business owner in Cambria, I was devastated to learn that a fire in an apartment above my shop had created water and potential smoke damage in my store while I was out of town. Having to rely on phone conversations to understand what was going on, and what I needed to do, was very frustrating. The SERVPRO crew was amazing. I spoke with Tony during the day as my husband and I flew back to SLO, and I appreciated how calm and informative he was. In the days that followed I found everyone in this crew to be the best. I cannot praise these guys enough. The massive storm in mid-January actually flooded our offices pretty severely. I called SERVPRO immediately and they said they'd had 8 similar calls in the 20 minutes prior--the storm really did some overnight damage. I told them I understood that I was in line, but would appreciate any speed they could give me. They had a crew out to us within an hour, and those guys got it DONE. Very professional, very helpful, very communicative. Will definitely remember them for the future (though I certainly hope it won't be necessary).

Hats off to the entire SERVPRO San Luis Obispo team for making it' look like it never happened'.  I am the office manager of a local property management company and Amber and Jim handled a pretty extensive overhaul caused by a sewer mainline backup for 2 of the properties in the complex.  They were EXTREMELY courteous, patient and fully explained the work that needed to be done.  Jim and Amber met with the owners of the units multiple times and facilitated the cleanup and restoration with the utmost efficiency.  If you are looking for a 'one stop shop', THIS IS IT!! Everything from start to finish was handled with professionalism and a level of dedication that is refreshing.  So, thank you, thank you, thank you, to the entire SERVPRO team...you KNOW I will be calling if I need your support and expertise again!
